Pakiza — account & data
How to delete your account
Permanently delete your account and its data at any time — instantly inside the app, or by email if you no longer have it installed. This cannot be undone.
Applies to Pakiza com.hsrutility.pakiza
Fastest
Delete it in the app
Immediate — no waiting and no email.
- Open Pakiza and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately, your subscription and its UPI mandate are cancelled, and you are signed out. If we cannot reach the payment provider to cancel the mandate, the deletion is refused outright rather than half-applied — nothing is deleted and you can try again.
Already uninstalled it?
If you cannot open the app, we will handle it for you.
- Email support@hsrutility.com with the subject Delete my account — Pakiza
- Include the Google account email you signed in with, so we can find and verify your data.
- We process it within 7 business days and email you a confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your account — the Google name and email from sign-in, and your display name
- Your referral code and records, and any premium reward days
- Your subscription record, and the UPI Autopay mandate, which is cancelled
- Any submission of yours not yet published
- The analytics and advertising identifiers linked to your account on that device
- All cached app data, once you uninstall
What we have to retain
Stays in the app
Published submissions
Anything already reviewed and published stays as anonymous content with no link to you. Email us to have it taken down.
Indefinite
One-off trial marker
A one-way hash of your Google account ID, so the one-trial-per-person limit survives deleting and re-registering. No name, no email, nothing reversible.
14 months
Aggregated analytics
Already anonymous — it cannot be linked back to you.
90 days
Crash logs
Error tracking only; no personal identifiers once the account is gone.
If you subscribe to premium
Deleting is not cancelling. It ends premium access immediately: time left on the period you paid for is lost, with no refund, along with any referral reward days. Signing up again restores none of it and grants no new free trial.
To stop future charges while keeping premium to the end of the period, cancel instead — Settings → your plan → Cancel — and delete later if you still want to. The Refund Policy covers what each does.
Starting again later
You can create a new account any time, with the same Google account or another. It starts empty: previous preferences, referral rewards and subscription history do not return, and the one free trial per person is not reissued.
